Home: About Me

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Deger for over a decade. In that time period we have completed multiple projects together of various scopes and sizes. No matter what the task was, Mr. Deger gave it the same amount of attention to detail and has been an integral part of the process on every occasion. He has frequently been the voice of reason by offering his clients what they need versus what they think they need. This has often come at a lower profit for him, but this sort of integrity is why I have continued to work with him over the years.

Mr. Deger has always been the same genuine and honest Professional.  This behavior is a rarity.

Robert Rutherford

Through the years I have known Mr. Deger, he has stood out as a person of professionalism, integrity, perseverance, and honesty. The attributes that people should expect, but all too often are lacking in today's world.

Mr. Deger and I met through a construction project in Cincinnati, where I was the Construction Manager, and Mr. Deger's company was chosen to do the complicated HVAC. His efforts through the project start through completion were continuous; he consistently followed through and worked through the very many obstacles encountered. He also offered assistance beyond his required scope in an effort to see the project through to a successful completion.

In communication with other trade professionals, I found many others were also aware of and had positive experiences with Mr. Deger. I noticed the high level of respect that Mr. Deger's employees had for him, always positive feedback, unsolicited, and not in his presence.

Those who work with Mr. Deger will certainly benefit from his experience, professionalism, and character.

Michael Schumacher

Without exception, Mr. Deger leads his company with integrity and compassion for both his employees and his clients. Through my 21 years, I have seen many people take shortcuts and bend/break rules in short-sighted attempts to benefit their company or personal goals. It is refreshing to work with an individual like Mr. Deger who makes decisions based on what is right and ethical.

I believe Mr. Deger's success is attributed to his conviction and commitment to building long-term relationships with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees. It is a commitment to this philosophy that has provided Mr. Deger   with a reputation that he can creatively address issues that result in a win-win        for the parties involved. The industry would be blessed to have more leaders       like Mr. Deger.

Mark Nelson

Many times we write comments about an individual based on a limited interaction. This however, is not the case, and an unique opportunity for me to write this testimonial for a person whom I have known and worked with for over 35 years; the last ten plus years of which, as my partner at Triton Services, where he served as it’s President.

Mr.  Deger’s superior intelligence; excellent Engineering background; well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of Construction; and his keen ability to understand the problems, and find the right solutions, has allowed him to provide clients with the best solutions at the most cost effective ways.

I have no doubt, his integrity, dedication, and commitment to do “what is right”, will be an asset, and a refreshing experience for anyone who utilizes his services.

He has had, and always will have, my highest recommendation, because not only do I consider him a great engineer, but a treasured friend.
